PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Project has an excellent location within the Katowice Special Economic Zone (sub-zone Gliwice North) in Gliwice, which is only 10 minutes’ drive north-west of the City Center. The Project offers excellent access to existing expressways (immediate vicinity with visibility from international expressway E-40) and highways (approximately 7.0 km from the Kleszczów junction of the A4 highway and international expressway E-40). The location of the Property within the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) results in favourable CIT treatment for tenants who register and conduct their activities within the zone.
